Welcome to Psychspacerental (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and platform provided by [Your Company Name] ("we," "us," or "our"). 1. Purpose of the Platform
Psychspacerental is a marketplace that connects therapists ("Renters") with space providers ("Providers") offering therapy spaces for rent. We do not facilitate payments, bookings, or lease agreements. All arrangements are made directly between Renters and Providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements. Space providers must have a physical space available for rent by the day, hour, or month.
3. Account Registration
a. Accuracy of Information
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
b. Prohibited Activities
You may not create multiple accounts, impersonate another individual, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Listings and Interactions
a. Space Listings
Providers must ensure that their listings are accurate and include relevant details such as amenities, location, availability, and pricing. Providers agree to update listings promptly to reflect any changes. Content, including photos and descriptions, must comply with the Content Policy outlined below.
b. Communication Between Users
The Platform includes features like in-app messaging to facilitate communication. You agree to use these tools respectfully and not to engage in spam, harassment, or any other inappropriate behavior.
c. No Guarantee of Matches
We do not guarantee that Renters will find spaces or that Providers will receive inquiries or rent out their spaces.
d. Dealings with Organizations and Individuals
Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Platform, including payment and delivery of goods or services and any other terms, conditions, warranties, or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. Psychspacerental is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from these interactions. In the event of a dispute with one or more users, you must resolve it directly and without our involvement, although we reserve the right to monitor and/or mediate disputes at our discretion. By using the Platform, you release Psychspacerental, its officers, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, demands, or damages (actual and consequential) arising out of or in any way related to such disputes or interactions.
5. Fees and Payments
a. Subscription Fees
Providers may be charged subscription fees for listing their spaces. Details of subscription plans and their terms will be provided during sign-up.
b. Third-Party Payments
We do not process payments or bookings. Users are responsible for independently managing payments, deposits, or lease agreements.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
a. User Content
By posting content on the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This includes promoting your spaces on social media channels to increase visibility and attract potential renters. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you post and must confirm all details independently before relying on them.
b. Platform Content
All intellectual property, including logos, designs, and software, remains our property. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Disclaimers and Liability
a. No Liability for Agreements
We are not a party to any agreements between Renters and Providers. We disclaim all liability arising from disputes, damages, or claims related to such agreements.
b. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance or other reasons.
c. Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM ANY ASPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE, FROM THE INABILITY TO USE THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE, OR THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, OR TERMINATION OF THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN CONNECTION WITH THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE OR THE SERVICE OR ANY LINKS ON THE PSYCHSPACERENTAL.COM SITE. THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Failure to act on a breach does not waive our rights to enforce the Terms in the future. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
